Hi @irene2018
The file in question is not generated by Smart Slider, but possibly by some kind of optimization plugin and it seeems to mess up your whole site, not just the slider. (All styling is missing, so the header is messed up, too.) So the rror needs to be sorted out from the side of the optimization plugin to ensure it generates correct files. As the problem is not made by Smart Slider, it can’t be sorted from our end. It can only be solved by the plugin’s end that generates the problem.
Probably temporarily turning your optimization plugin off would solve the problem it generates and both your site and your slider would function correctly. Then I recommend contacting the developers of the optimization plugin you’re using to get this issue sorted.
I noticed you’re using Joomla, not WordPress, so if you’re not sure what optimization plugin you’re using, you could go to Extensions > Plugins and look for anything that seems optimization-like and disable it:
https://www.joomlashack.com/blog/tutorials/disable-joomla-plugin/
then check your page to see if it looks okay. If it does, you’ve turned off the correct plugin. Then you should contact its developers to ensure their plugin correctly generates the minified files.
Also please note that on this forum we can only provide support for the WordPress version of Smart Slider:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/
These forums are available to help you solve problems with WordPress as well as any themes or plugins hosted on the WordPress Directories.
As you’re a Joomla user, please contact us directly for support in the future:

Since we can’t support the Joomla version of our plugin here, I’ll mark this topic as resolved here.
