Smart Slider 3 not showing on mobile

    Hi,

    Smart slider 3 works great on desktop but doesn’t appear on mobile. I’ve edited my cache plugin, SG Optimizer, and removed the css minify option. I cleared the cache and my browser history and the slider still does not appear on the page.

    Hi @rtimarketing!

    Your problem happens, because you published the same slider two times into your page, and with your page builder you are displaying one on desktop, the other on mobile. We have a limitation, that you cannot publish the same slider twice on the same page. It has to be this way, because we have to use HTML IDs to identify each slider and in website development IDs have to be unique. So this is rather a limitation made by browsers, that CSS and JS codes won’t work on 2nd IDs, as these codes suppose to be about a single element.

    If you would like to have the same slider twice on your page, you should duplicate your slider:

    and then you could publish the 2nd slider in the 2nd placement.
