    Hi,
    We have a problem with the Reply-To field. We use the email smart tag for this field, but a filled in form is never send to this email address. We have tried several different email adresses from different providers. None works. The form is send to the “Send To Email Address” fine.
    We use the WP Mail SMTP plugin. We have checked the “Force From Email” setting, so both settings are the same.
    The e-mail test from WP Mail SMTP also works fine.
    Can you help us?
    Regards, Eric

  • Hi goneneagle,

    I apologize, but I’m not sure I understand exactly what you’re aiming to do.

    In case it helps, though, I’ll share some extra details around the settings you’ve mentioned.

    First, based on what you shared it sounds like the From Email is good to go, so I’ll skip over that for now.

    Next, the Reply-To field. This setting lets you easily provide a reply email that’s different from your From Email. For example, if my From Email is [email protected], but I want any replies to these emails to go to [email protected], then I’d add this [email protected] email address to the Reply-To field.

    If you’d instead like this other email address to receive a copy of the notification email, then you’d need to add it to the Send To Email Address field. You can add multiple emails to this field by separating with a comma, ie:

    [email protected], {field_id="2"}

    Could you please let me know if this helps with the issue you’re seeing? Or if not, I apologize and please share some extra details when you have a chance.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jess,

    Thanks for your answer. I’m sorry my question was not clear, but your answer helped us to solve our problem. We needed an other email address to receive a notification as well. Problem solved!

    Thanks!

    Ok great! I’m glad this helped you get things sorted, and thanks for taking the time to let me know! ??
