  • Hello,

    Thank you for reaching us.

When we investigating your site, the advertisement widget is not appearing i.e. it seems that you have already removed the footer section.

Also, if you want to remove the Advertisement widget then please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widget > Footer Sidebar One (Upper). Inside the widget area, you can remove the advertisement widget which will remove the image appearing.

For more clarification, you can check the screen recording on the below-given link:

    Thank you for your reply.

You didn’t see the problem because I had added this code.
    .tg-footer-other-widgets{display:none;}

I just removed it so you can see the problem.
What is surprising is that it appears in the mobile version and not in the web version…

In appearance–>Widget, I checked several times, without finding anything

    Cordially

    Hello,

While investigating your site, the advertisement widget has appeared on both Desktop as well as Mobile as shown in the screenshot below

    Desktop: https://prnt.sc/k5d099oCecF_

    Mobile: https://prnt.sc/bQbDAzw82aVr

Also, please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Footer Sidebar Four to remove the Advertisement widget in the footer. Inside the widget area, you can remove the advertisement widget which will remove the image appearing.

For more clarification, you can check the screen recording on the below-given link:

    Hello,
It’s really surprising because on my browsers, it did not appear in web version.
In fact, there was a bug: I had disabled Gutenberg with the “disable Gutenberg” plugin and in Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > the Footer Sidebar Four was empty. But by reactivating Gutenberg, the widget was present in the Footer Sidebar Four. So I was able to delete it.
    A big thank-you.

    Hello @baduscvl

Glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.

If you have any queries or confusion further, please let us know.

    Regards.
