Smartphone/ipads incompatible

    hi, i purchased the pro version in hope that i can view my books on smartphones and tablets but i can only view half of the pages and i cant zoom in. it is very frustrating.
    for the love of god, can you at least just respond? give us a solution as we have paid for it please??? 40 euros spent should give us the product we bought.
