    We have set up CleanTalk on my website, but it’s keeping form submissions from going through. CleanTalk isn’t allowing the user to continue with the quiz from SmartQuizBuilder and they get a prompt saying “Quiz Submission error”

    Is there a setting I need to change on CleanTalk for the quiz to work?

    Hello @mel18,

    I’ve tested your form. Most likely, your site uses a caching plugin, and some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It causes some incorrect filtering.
    Please do the following:
    1) WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Off” —> Save Changes.
    2) Set the cache refresh time to no more than 24 hours and clear the cache.

    I already did this a couple of days ago, and it still does not work. Is there anything on the settings I need to turn off aside from turning off “Set cookies”?
