SmashBalloon Instagram plugin

    We have the SmashBalloon plugin working in our WordPress site to display our Instagram feed. It all works perfectly within WordPress but once we publish a Static version the link to Instagram breaks. Do you have any thoughts as to whether SimplyStatic may be doing something to break that connection?

    Can you quickly elaborate on how you’ve solved it?
    I would imagine that this is a thing more users are interested in!

    Hi Patrick,

    Sorry, of course. I simply added the path of the plugin in question to the “Additional Files and Directories” section in Simply Static General Settings.

    In my case that was /wp-content/plugins/instagram-feed/

    I can’t pretend it was my idea, a colleague suggested it so I can’t give a detailed reason why, but it seems to have done the trick.
