Smiley appears by itself after page loads

I have Jetpack installed and tracking statistics for me. After my page loads, the smiley appears by itself, on a blank page, effectively overwriting everything else (as determined by looking at the page source code).

Any ideas on what could be causing this and or where I could at least start looking to resolve this issue?
