Hello I am having an issue with the smiley face stat counter on my site. I have disabled the smiley face (checked option to ‘Hide the stats smiley face image.’ under the configuration) and I also added the following code to my sylesheet (img#wpstats{ display: none;}) and the issue stil occurs. I have disabled the plugin and this resolved the issue but I hope that there is a fix for this because I do like the plugins features.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Could you give me more details about the issue, so I can try to reproduce?

Could you try to activate Jetpack again, and then go to Jetpack > Settings and activate the Stats module for a few minutes? When viewing your site’s source code, do you see an error, or do you see all the source code of the page?

Could you then try to switch to one of the default themes and see if the problem remains?

If you get an error, or if only part of the source code is displayed, could you ask your hosting provider to check your server’s error logs around the time when you activated Jetpack’s Stats module, and let me know what they find? The error might tell us more about what’s happening on your site.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I was able to pin point the issue. I simply had to disable AJAX on my theme and Jetpack works on my site now. Thank you for your assistance!
