Smiley icon lost in Visual Editor

It’s kinda weird, i lost that smiley icon on my visual editor today.

Where is that yellow smiley icon on my visual editor gone too?
Im using both smiley themer 0.5.3 and smiley themer toolbar 1.2.1. i dont think it has to do with this plugin right? it was working fine before, but today i lost that emotion icon on visual editor. but not on other wordpress blog with the same plugins.Please help
