Smooth scroll and offset not working

Hi,

I’m struggling with the smooth scroll and the offset. No matter what I type in the offset the page jumps down with no smooth scroll and it also jumps to fare down on the page. This happens when I add scroll to anchor manually as well. I’m very open to suggestions. I’ve tried with classic editor and with SiteOrigin page builder. Same result. The page in the link is built with the page builder. Your plugin has been added via a widget in the page builder.
