Smooth scroll from original theme disappeared.

It appears this theme’s header is already sticky. No need to use this plugin ??

I had to keep it static in the theme, because I made the logo centered and above the nav and the bar is huge.

So adding this plugin is a workaround to having the nav available.

Not sure if this is the best solution, but I downloaded a smoothscroll plugin and it works!
