Smooth Scroll is not working

    Hi, I used WordPress with the X-Theme. Smooth-Scroll is on my page not working. If I click on a link in the Table of Contents box, the page scroll on the wrong possition.

    It change nothing, if I try to test other distances in the smooth scroll settings. What can I do?
