Smooth scroll offset not working

    Hi there,

    I have activated smooth scroll option, with a giant offset (to test) 300px configured.

    But it does not work.

    – I checked with F12-console and don’t see any errors.
    – I checked php, and its running on 7.3, which should be good.
    – I checked plugins conflicts, and there are not apparently.
    – I checked cache on website (which hasn’t a cache plugin) and browser, still doesn’t works.

    My guess is something in the theme is overwriting this, but can’t find what it is.

    Any help would be lovely.

    It’s been a week, and I didn’t have any answer. I saw you checked others people tickets tho. So maybe is there any chance you take a look?

    The only thing I can say for certain is that the scripts for ezTOC are not being loaded by WP. Was ezTOC altered in any way? Is there a plugin installed that unregistered libraries included with WP? I suggest temporarily deactivating plugins one at a time tested in between each deactivation to see if another plugin is conflicting.

    Thank you for your response.

    But as I said a week ago, there are no conflicts with plugins apparently, since it won’t work anyway even if your plugin is the only one activated.

    EDIT: the plugin is not customized in any way.

    Don’t worry tho, is probably a theme conflict I guess. We will just remove the plugin.
