“Smooth Scroll Offset” setting doesn’t work

  • Hello. I have enabled smooth scroll, as required. However, there is no change when I increase the setting for “Smooth Scroll Offset” above the default of 30. Each heading is still covered by my custom menu/header. I have tried 40–200, but no change. Please advise.
