SMPT error

Currently using ContactForm 7 and my emails were not being received, installed Easy WP SMTP, I input all the information required and then do a test email an i get this error: SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting Any feed back would be must appreciated, also using GoDaddy as a host
