SMS are not getting sent.

    Hi,

    Not sure for how long this is happening . today I suddenly tested and found no sms are getting sent . In history page it is showing delivered but actually SMS are not going.

    Please correct the issue

    We are analyzing the issue that has started to occur with a route.

    Could you please provide the SMS IDs of the messages directly to our support email [email protected]?

    You can find the SMS IDs in the detail of the message in the SMS History tab.

    We have to check this with the SMS provider.`

    Please don’t mark it solved . Its been 10 days seen i sent all details , and your support did not replied yet , if the issue resolved or not.

    could you please share the actual SMS IDs here?

    As our team has replied already on 28/6/2021 that the messages are delivered correctly (as per the provider′s expression) and if you could make a fresh test and provide us some fresh SMS IDs if the issue still persist (or you can share them directly to [email protected] for speeding up the process).
