SMS Gateway API support

I think that be a good idea if the plugin have support to SMS Gateway API. =)

This service make your smartphone on a SMS gateway… using your SMS plan to send the messages. The SMS Gateway API can do that using a app to receive the messages from server and foward via SMS.

The implementation will be simple… I read the documentation and the PHP API example have all functions.
