    Hi guys,
    I just tried your plugin today. I sent around 500 sms in Europe without any problems and with a lot of inbox. I tried the same thing for a 1000s sms in Canada. I paid for it – my campaign is mentionning 1000 delivered, but only 5 accepted. Even my own number in Canada is in the sending list, and I did not receive anything …

    Just I just paid a 1000s credits for a non-working SMS.

    The automatic SMS for woocommerce order status are working. Do you know why my Bulk Campaign is not working for Canada, but does for Europe?

    We’re sorry for the late reply. The best thing is to always directly contact our support.

    Could you please send us 5 SMS ID examples of undelivered SMS messages to [email protected]? We’ll look into it!

    In the US and Canada, the filtration of SMS messages is more strict, so that could be one of the problems. But of course, we first need to check the IDs.

    The SMS ID can be found in History where you click on the line with the message to get more info.

    I’ll now close this issue as solved, so please contact our support.
