sms limit on per site in a multisite environment

i am using multisite wp like this
sub.main.com/subsite1 , sub.main.com/subsite2 , sub.main.com/subsite3
and so on.
is it possible to set a sms send limit on each site
for example
subsite1 can send 5000 sms only
subsite2 can send 10000 sms only

if it is not possible now, could you please add this feature in
next updates of this plugin(paid or free).
i think this would be a great feature.
