• SMS are randomly being sent and a large amount of SMS are with the status of “ACCEPTED” and that’s it? Why would this happen?

    Hello,

    as per the SMS provider:
    For the first SMS status is delivered.
    For all other messages, SMS status is Sent.

    Means that the handset may be switched off or out of signal. Operator tries to send the message to the mobile over a 24-48 hour period, after this time frame the message would have expired. These numbers are active but for some reason the operator could not deliver the SMS yet.

    We recommend to:
    1. Reboot phone to refresh network signal.
    2. Clear phone inbox to ensure it is not full (for old phones with limited sms capacity).
    3. Check if there are any phone applications / settings that are filtering SMS.
    4. Delete all old messages with same sender id and restart the handset.
    5. Alternatively, you may swap the SIM to another phone to verify if delivery issue is phone related.
