SMS TEMPLATE ISSUE

  • Hello, Please can you assist me on how do i change the SMS TEMPLATE WHICH IS SENT TO THE VENDOR WHEN A NEW ORDER IS PLACED? I am using smsalert.co.in plugin which earlier you had recommended to use. Just mentioning that i already have contacted the plugin author of smsalerts.co.in and they told me to get in touch with you as vendor sms is controlled by WCFM itself. I am mentioning below what i want to change in the current template.

    1- Please show quantity of product orders, as currently it does not show it
    2- Show Payment method
    3- Show Delivery Method, ex: Shipping or local pickup
    4- Show price of order

    The template would look like this:

    [store_name]: You have a new order #[order_id]. [item_name_qty] for order value Rs. [order_amount]. Shipping method: [shipping_method] Payment method: [payment_method] .

    Please assist as it’s very important and would be very helpful for us

    if i paste this code in snippets will it show

    1- Quantity
    2- Payment method

    ??? OR DO I HAVE TO ADD SOMETHING IN THERE??

    i have not prepared any snippet, as i have not much knowledge about this like you: That’s why i asked you. Please help! it will make our work so much easier.
