SMTP configure error

    Hi I have configured my website using your Plugin SMTP mail and configured it with Gmail properly but while testing mail I am getting the following error log:

    Versions:
    WordPress: 5.3.2
    WordPress MS: No
    PHP: 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.3
    WP Mail SMTP: 1.8.1

    Params:
    Mailer: gmail
    Constants: No
    Client ID/Secret: Yes
    Auth Code: Yes
    Access Token: Yes

    Server:
    OpenSSL: OpenSSL 1.1.1 11 Sep 2018
    PHP.allow_url_fopen: Yes
    PHP.stream_socket_client(): Yes
    PHP.fsockopen(): Yes
    PHP.curl_version(): 7.58.0

    please help me to understand what I can do to resolve it. what are the things where i need to focus to resolve this error?

  • Hi @abhishekrwl78,

    From the debug message, it seems you’re having a conflict with some other SMTP plugins you’re using. Could you please check if you have similar plugins installed and fix the conflict? Here’s our documentation to test for conflict.
