SMTP error

    I configure easy WP SMTP Form and when I do the e-mail test the following error appears:

    CLIENT -> SERVER: EHLO https://www.esvision.es
    CLIENT -> SERVER: AUTH LOGIN
    CLIENT -> SERVER: [credentials hidden]CLIENT -> SERVER: [credentials hidden]SMTP ERROR: Password command failed: 535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Learn more at
    535 5.7.8 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=BadCredentials f31-20020a05600c491f00b003dc3d9fb09asm4837808wmp.47 – gsmtp
    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT
    SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.

    I use google worksapace for my e-mail accounts. I confirm you that the password is correct.

    SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com

    Can you please help me?

    Hi @aaragon38

    Thanks for reaching out and we’re sorry to hear you’re having issues connecting to the Google SMTP host using your Google Workspace account.

    What comes to mind, is that you might not have generated an App Password. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to do that in?this article.
