    Hi @flora43,

    Thanks for reaching out! To configure the Other SMTP mailer option using your Gmail/Google Workspace email account, you need to generate an App Password by following this guide.

    Or else, I would suggest you configure the API based Gmail mailer option, which is more secure and reliable.

    I have already generated app password and using it, but still its not working

    Hi @flora43,

    In that case, please get in touch with your hosting support with the full error log, and they should be able to assist you further.

    In the meantime, we recommend setting up the Gmail mailer instead of the Other SMTP mailer option.
