    I am suddenly having an issue where an order has been placed but the emails from Woocommerce are not being sent. I am using WP Mail SMTP. The “from” address is the one hosted with the site through one.com. The email address these emails should be sending to is a Yahoo one. I have ticked the “force from” box and checked the SMTP settings with one.com but the issue persists. Sending a general test email works just fun, the error is only for emails triggered in Woocommerce.

    Thank you. I have checked with the hosting provider and all is in order yet the issue persists. Emails from Woocommerce send in plain text but not html which gives the error. A test email sent from WP Mail Smtp is delivered without issue.

    Since you’re using WP Mail SMTP for sending emails, which re-routes your emails through a 3rd party email service provider, if the plugin is not working as expected, I would suggest you reach out to the WP Mail SMTP support team directly: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wp-mail-smtp/

    Thanks, I will do so. Although all other emails from the site are working as they should through WP Mail SMTP, just not those triggered by WooCommerce.

    If the problem remains unresolved even after contacting WP Mail SMTP support, then please send over a screenshot of the email settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Emails) and we’ll take a look.
