    Hello

    I’m using AutomateWoo for abandon cart and cancelled order emails to be sent to the client, but the emails are not sent, so AutomateWoo ask us to install WP Mail SMTP to configure the SMTP settings,

    so after I installed WP Mail SMTP

    most emails are not being sent to the clients, but I receive emails to admin email for the store, I mean when new order, clients don’t receive the emails, but I receive an email that there is a new order

    When I disable the plugin, the emails can be sent fine, but not AutomateWoo emails

    this is the Error:

    `EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.8.0 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: Other SMTP
    SMTP Error: data not accepted.
    Consider running an email test after fixing it.`

    when I send a test email to any email, I can receive it with no issues, but any other emails, nobody receives them (new order – cancel an order – abandon cart – resend the invoice to customers …etc) these all not being sent

    Settings are all correct

    Force name : on
    Force Email : on

    other SMTP configrations:
    smtp.yandex.com
    I tried SSL and TLS with both ports 465 and 587, when I try with 580 it doesn’t send at all.

    Authentication: ON
    Auto TLS: ON
    email and password 100% correct

    so I don’t know what to do, please advise.

    Thanks for reaching out. Your SMTP settings look correct. It’s the issue with the email being sent from your site. The error message indicates that the email is being sent with the data that your SMTP host does not accept. This usually happens because of incorrect ‘From Email’ but it looks like you’ve already checked the Force Form Email. Please make sure the From Email matches your SMTP Username, check the Reply-To of the emails sent from AutomateWoo to narrow down the issue.
