SMTP Feature doesn’t work with @gmail.com addresses

    hi, i discovered that smtp feature of your tool has problem sending email to @gmail.com addresses. ON the log panel email to @gmail.com addresses is showed as sended correctly but the email was not delivered. This happen only for the email sended by frontend (es. recover password form) and not from the backend (test email or “resend” eamil from log panal deliver email correctly).

    I make a test with other popular smtp tool using same smtp credential and @gmail address aren’t more a problems.

    I think that smtp server is bypassed in some way and wp continue to use php mail defult service.

    hi, thanks for replay i have no visible issue, the only issue is that all gmail address seems are never dispatched when use your tool with smtp feature activated. With same smtp credential on wp smtp plugin all email are dispatched correctly. can you tell me a way to identify is it is a problema on my server hosting, google server or your tool? i can give you the access on one of my test site to see more deeply (if you want).

    We’ve just released an update. Please update the plugin to version 2.0.4, clear the cache once and give it a try. If the issue still persist, let us know.
