smtp hotmail client

    Hi there,

    I am using: WooCommerce Email Template Customizer from villa theme bought from envato.

    Is it possible this could lead to smtp doesn’t work good? Because it has different content?

    Because my from email is the same as my authenciate email as username for Other SMTP mailer.

    I also use WPforms, there i also use “Send To Email Address” as the from email, can this be a problem?

    The problem is that sometimes order emails arrive to hotmail client and somtimes not.. so on-hold arrives and sometimes not and than processing doesn’t etc.

    Test mails do arrive.

    What could be the problem?

    Thanks for reaching out. WooCommerce Email Template Customizer isn’t probably creating issues unless it is sending email in its own way in that case it can cause conflict with WP Mail SMTP. When you get a chance, could you please share your SMTP details, and if you get any DNS warnings after sending the test email?
