SMTP is failing

When the Sendinblue Plug-in is activated it will prevent other plug-ins/services from sending mail.

A quick troubleshoot would be to:

Check your SMTP service is correctly configured in your Sendinblue account

Thanks, however there is a setting to disable SiB from sending WP email. I’ve tried both options and I’m having trouble with this plugin.

And after more testing, I think it’s actually this SiB plugin
https://en-au.www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-sendinblue-newsletter-subscription/

I can enable SiB to send WP emails and the test function works. But the emails that are sent from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/gift-voucher/ never get through if I have this enabled https://en-au.www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-sendinblue-newsletter-subscription/

I can’t seem to get these two plugins to work together

Please may you confirm you are using v3.1.9? We released a fix for this issue in that update.
