• I use the SMTP plugin WP-Mail-SMTP, and when I send it from the site or its test option, things get through fine. When I do a purchase through my site though, all emails are sent directly to spam.

The email provider gives me the following header from the SMTP standard test:
[My site name] [email protected] via gmail.com

But when sent through s2member, the header is

    [My site name] <[email protected]>

There is no “via gmail.com” added, and this one always ends up in spam. How can I force s2member to use SMTP? I went to s2member-General options-email configuration and the Email FROM name is the same as from the SMTP plugin and the FROM email is the same too.

Is there a setting I’m missing that has s2member bypass the plugin, and use WordPress defaults, which don’t take advantage of Gmail?

    Help appreciated – thanks!
