    Hello,

    I have an issue with the plugin, it was sending emails to Gmail accounts just fine but all of a sudden it stopped sending any emails to Gmail accounts. When I send a test email or register to the website I get an email only if it is not a Gmail account. Tried sending a test email with a different email address that is not Gmail I received it but on Gmail, I don’t receive anything.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi @sicelom,

    Thanks for reaching out! It could be that your server’s IP address is blacklisted or something similar (domain reputation dropped etc).

    To check your email deliverability, try sending a test email (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools) to this online tool.

    Then, get in touch with your hosting/email provider, and they should be able to assist you further.

    Same issue i am having ..they are not sending mail to gmail users but if i send to mail to any domain mail user ..than its is working ..it talked to my email support ..they said its plugin issue not from our end.

    I spoke to our hosting provider and they updating the SPF and DKIM authentication configs and now the plugin sends emails to any domain.

    @barkha12356 that might help you too if they update the SPF and DKIM files

    Are you using outlook as email provider?

    No I am not, I’m using our company domain hosted by the AWS Web Services.
