I had the SMTP plugin installed already the site worked fine. Installed the o365 extension. When itried to activate it i got and error (should have save it:( )
I removed the STMP Exetension folder and the error went away. I disabled the plugin
WPO365 | LOGIN and then tried to install and activate is again. It looked like it worked, got some debug errors but on checking had those with both the SMTP and extension disabled.

If i activate the WPO365 | LOGIN plugin i get the following error:

Notice: Undefined index: Class in /home/sherburninelmets/public_html/wp-content/plugins/post-smtp/Postman/Extensions/License/PostmanLicenseManager.php on line 64

If i need to supply any more information please let me know.

  • Hi @resnikov,

If I recall correctly, are they the free licenses that Microsoft give to registered charities? I can confirm it does work with that license. I tested this as part of the release.

Perhaps you could send us a screenshot?

    Kind Regards,

OK, got that to work they way you sugested. The test email works and sends it but in the email webpage i get and ajax error

    and this in status box:
    An unexpected error occurred:

<p>There has been a critical error on this website.</p><p>Learn more about debugging in WordPress.</p>

I have debugging turned on too.

    Hi @resnikov,

Can you see anything in your server error logs?

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

As soon as i activate wpo365 login.

    Hi @resnikov,

I can confirm I see the same behaviour. I will ask @yehudah to have a look at this.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

I’m also facing the same issue, where my site would not load and shows ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’. I also have WPO365 and the O365 extension installed.

The curious thing is that this error does not occur when I first activated the extension, only after I key-in the license key does the site not load and shows the error.

Unfortunately I don’t have access to the server logs to verify if my problem is exactly the same as @resnikov.
