SMTP OAUth 2.0

Sorry if this has been answered or if it is a simple thing that I don’t understand but I am using WP Mail SMTP with the ‘other SMTP’ option in conjunction with a @companyname.onmicrosoft.com email (actually company name redacted). They have recently emailed to say that Microsoft are disabling basic auth email protocol so I assume we need to use OAuth 2.0, is that correct? And also how do I do this, is it already built in? So I need to use a different method or even a different plugin?
