I’m trying to set up SMTP to go through Amazon SES service, I already have the ‘WP Mail SMTP’ plugin on my website and it’s using my google workspace account.

I would like to use FluentCRM without having to install another SMTP management plugin like FluentSMTP, as I don’t want to mail plugins on my website as it’s not good to have two plugins that do the same job on the site, is there anyway to do this without having to install FluentSMTP plugin?

So really I need FluentCRM to use Amazon SES as it’s mail service. But all other site email should use my already configured service of google workspace though ‘WP Mail SMTP’ plugin is this possible?

    Many Thanks

Hi @hefin, I’m not sure if you’re using the free or the pro version. If you’re using pro, you should be able to do all of these pretty easily.

I’m only using the free version at the moment.

Please refer to this documentation for detailed instructions: https://fluentsmtp.com/docs/using-multiple-smtp-drivers-with-fluent-smtp/

Once configured, FluentCRM should use Amazon SES for sending emails from the plugin, while other site emails will continue to use Google Workspace via the FluentSMTP plugin.

Also, you will not be able to use 2 SMTP Plugins at the same time since they would conflict with each other.

Let me know if this helps! If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
