SmugMug cURL error

    Recently I have been getting this error:

    There was an error connecting to smug. Please try again later.
    1 Message:
    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    If I reload the page, many times it loads just fine on the second attempt.

    I am sure the issue is with SmugMug, but is there a way to increase the timeout?

    More specifically this is likely a connectivity issue between your site and SmugMug.

    Try using the option under Photonic → Settings → Generic Options → Advanced → Increase cURL timeout. See if that helps.
