I’ve created a gallery on Smugmug by enabling “right-click message ON” under the settings of Smugmug Photo Gallery.

However, when the same gallery is shown on a wordpress page, the right-click feature isn’t working thereby allowing users to download the picture.

Also, we disabled the social sharing option on Smugmug gallery but they seem to appear on webpage when imported from Smugmug.

    Smugmug gallery: https://www.smugmug.com/gallery/n-hfGpZP
    Webpage gallery: https://mohanji.org/conscious-walking-gallery/

    [gallery type='smugmug' view='album' album='SvPJj9' nick_name='mohanjiarchives' layout='random']

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

These SmugMug settings are meant for what you see on SmugMug itself, and unrelated to what you see in WP. The eventual control of such things is in the hands of your theme and the lightbox script that you choose. Only the Fancybox3 lightbox within Photonic lets you disable right-clicks (and it comes with a disclaimer that this option doesn’t really prevent downloading).

You can disable social sharing from Photonic options, under Photonic → Settings → Lightboxes → Common → Social media integration.

Note that concepts such as “disable right click” are really pointless in the context of content protection – no matter what you try, a user can (very, very easily) download the photo, because the browser needs to implicitly download content to show it to a user. Adding such scripts merely adds bloat to your site and degrades user experience, so Photonic will never consciously include a script to disable right-clicks – you will have to install a separate script for this.
