Smugmug Tiled Galleries not displaying

    Hi –

    I’ve connected the plugin to my Smugmug account to view one gallery. The layout works when one of the slideshow options is selected in the short code but not the random, masonry or mosaic options. The images are all being pulled through correctly so that’s not the issue. I’ve made sure the largest size available in Smugmug is the original and I’ve checked the sizing in the plugin settings. So I’m now at a loss… When I click on the gallery, I get taken through to my smugmug account to view the gallery there which is not correct.

    This typically happens due to conflicting plugins. Can you provide me with the URL to one of your pages with a gallery?

    Hi Sayontan – thanks for coming back to me so quickly. Please have a look at this page: https://elloydowen.com/test/

    You will see that the gallery shows up, with the button to view more, but there aren’t actually any images being displayed. It works with the slideshow layout selected, but not any of the grids or masonry ones.

    Interestingly, I’ve also had to deactivate the plugin as it preventing the Slider Revolution working as well. There is the a clash there as well which I will need to sort before they can work in harmony.

    OK – I took a look at your site, and it seems to be affected by this problem. Can you apply the fix in that thread? I will work around this in the next version of the plugin.
