Smush and themify theme

    Hi there,
    There is some kind of incompatibility with smush plugin and themify builder, if the plugin is activated and I start using the builder, all the content disappear. I have deactivated the plugin (I placed a consult to the themify team) and it is because of smush plugin. Any idea why this could happen?

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    Are you using “Lazy Load” feature of Smush? If yes, please go to “Smush -> Dashboard -> Lazy Load” page and try disabling “iframe” media type form there.

    If you’re also using any kind of cache on site, make sure to clear it after that change.

    If it doesn’t help, try disabling Lazy Load in Smush entirely and see if that changes anything.
