Hello, I have problems with this plugin, I use the avada template, what happens to me is that when I install the plugin to optimize the images and pass the optimization to it, the header logo disappears, I see that it usually happens only when you scroll to down the page or when you reload the page without being at the top of the page, any solution?

    Hi @nanomania,

Trust you are doing good and sorry to know that you are experiencing this issue.

Since you haven’t mentioned any URL to the website with the issue, I wasn’t able to give a closer look at it. Wouldn’t you mind please share the website URL so that we could check this and help you further?

Can you please try disabling the Smush Lazyload module (if it is enabled) and check if that helps to resolve the issue?

We look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

Hello, thanks for your answer, yes, I leave here the link to the web, I have tried it with another browser and it also happens to me, I also tried to deactivate the plugin and when I deactivate it the problem is solved, I leave the link to the web, you will see that the logo in the header looks correct and when you scroll down everything is correct, but if you scroll down and to the middle of the page, for example, it will reload the page or you change to another section of the web and scroll You will see that you have disappeared, then it appears and so every time, a greeting!

    Hi @nanomania

    Hope you are doing well!

I see the site is displaying local webp images. It is possible a conflict may be generated if another image optimization plugin is active at the same time as Smush.

A plugin/theme conflict test is suggested in this type of scenario to identify if there is any element in the site causing any conflict. Make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.
To learn more about a plugin conflict test, please see this guide below:
    https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

Basically, you’ll need to deactivate all plugins, except Smush and switch to a basic theme. Then test if the issue persists. If it doesn’t then start activating the plugins one by one until you identify the one causing the issue.

You can also check out this handy flowchart of the troubleshooting process detailed above.

Let know the results you get from the test.

    Kind regards
