SNAP Box in admin backend can only be dragged vertically

Hello,
since the WordPress update 4.4 I cannot drag the SNAP box where you can change the social media content horizontally but only vertically (Making the box bigger and readable). The box is in the right sidebar.
Can you please have a look if this is a bug?
