SNAP has stopped working

  • Hi,

    SNAP stopped on last WP update?

    As you can see, ‘Total Posts’ is not registering all posts for posting – should be 352

    Total Posts: 0 | Posted: 0 | Next post will be ~ 2019-08-28 11:35 | Current WordPress Time: 2019-08-28 11:24

    Any ideas why this is so please?

    It seems that SNAP support focuses more on the ‘premium members’ and appears to ignore those using the free version.

    Which is strange, considering that support for the paid users should be addressed on Nextscripts website, not on here?

    So what happened to the ‘moderation’ of this fact?

    I’m a premium member, and I can’t post on Facebook with SNAP for a month. I opened 2 ticket in the premium support, but no answer… Or the answer is that I’m the 0,001% of users with a unknown problem. I’m very sad, I’m blocked. SNAP worked perfect for 3 years, but now I must search another plugin… ??
