Snap Share Not Showing Likes and Shares

In the past 5 days, I’ve had to deauthorize Social Snap from Facebook then reauthorize and clear AND run the post through the Facebook debugger just to get the likes to show. I have 3 sites and am on the Pro version and I’m going crazy. My sites get a lot of traction and when they don’t show likes, they don’t show the views.

I’m tired of doing this and need to know if others are having this same problem. I put in a ticket last week and have not heard back. My Facebook Social Snap is set to Social Snap App.
