snapFB etc empty when posts imported withWPAllimport

when i use the plugin WP All Import to import posts. they get published but the link to facebook twitter which are stored in snapFB snapTW is now not present….those field remain empty though post is published.

i checked with

$fb=serialize(get_post_meta($post->ID,’snapFB’));
var_dump($fb);

and it returns only “a:1:{i:0;s:0:””;}”

any solution?
