• So I bought the POSTS TICKER.

The page on the website says $13

You add it to the cart and it says $16

Then if you want to pay by PayPal it adds $2 = total $18

Or you can use “credits” where the minimum is $20

So in the end my $13 plugin cost $18.

It’s a good plugin but suffers from sneaky and ripoff pricing! If you had said right from the price the true price I would have paid that happily, but your underhand attitude annoys me.

I’m sorry that you are disappointed in the final price you paid. I didn’t realize until now that Envato increased the price of my product to $16 (thank you for pointing this out). I will make sure to update my site with the correct price and double-check my other products.

I’m not the biggest fan of the PayPal fee or minimum balance, but I don’t have any control of those aspects of the Envat market. The fees/requirements are clearly stated on Envato’s site/checkout before any transactions/purchases take place.

Don’t pass the buck. Just be honest and say what the REAL price will be.

And stop shaking your customers down.
