    Hi @fjavier,

Please make sure that the snippet is “Active” using the toggle at the top to use the shortcode. https://a.supportally.com/i/4nZQuS

Even in shortcode-mode, you can disable a snippet which will prevent the shortcode from outputting anything, this gives you more control without having to edit the places where you inserted the shortcode.

Yes, it is Active, the issue is with the Insert method buttons. The Auto insert button is selected permanently by default from the beginning and for all custom code or text snippets that I had created and the ONLY option I have is to select the location as the Shortcode option cannot be activated or the insert method toggled. It generates a shorcode that I’m able to use but I MUST select a location for auto-insert as well. Is the plugin conflicting with other code-inserting plugins maybe? Thanks for your time.<br>Image

    Hi @fjavier,

It sounds like the toggle to select shortcode mode doesn’t work. This might be a conflict with another script loaded in the plugin.

Can you please check the browser console if you get any errors there when you try to choose “Shortcode”?

    Thanks
