• Is there a php snippet that shows the count of tickets opened by the currently logged in user ( get_current_user_id() ) ? Example if I opened two support tickets and access the site, this shows me 2. I hope I have been clear. Sorry for my English. Thanks.

  • I am also hoping there is an answer to this. A shortcode displaying something like:

“You currently have XX tickets submitted”

XX is the number of tickets and would link to the system page. This would only be for logged in users.

Please let us know if something like this is possible or already available.

    Thanks!

@bart412 Yes, it would be perfect.

For me it would be enough to have only the number XX, because I have to insert it in the menu of my site, next to the “Support” label, to get: Support XX.

XX is the number of tickets submitted.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to show the count of tickets opened by the currently logged in user using a shortcode.

@nsgawli Thanks for the reply. Isn’t there even a snippet of php code? Is the number of tickets opened by the logged in user not saved anywhere in the database?

I’m sorry, this feature is important to me ???♂?.

    Thanks.
