Snow feature doesn’t stop on january and cannot disable

    I activated the “let it snow” feature from december update that says it stops on january 4. My site is snowing from then, and have not intention to stop it in summer… I have tried to found the box that activated in General setting, but there is nothing. I have searching too the “extra” tab in Apparience, but there is no “extra” tab.
    Finally, I tried this with no luck: https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/6065

    Is there any solution, please?! I will not activate Jetpack features no more in future…

    With the code, it seems without snow, but at the moment you click in a blank zone in the page, it starts: https://www.soloediciones.com

    Thanks for the link! I had a look at your site, but wasn’t able to reproduce the issue you describe. Could you let us know which browser you are using?

    And could you try using another browser, to see if it persists there?

    I am under OSX, with Safari. I tested Firefox and Chrome, and seems problem only recreates on Safari. Strange…

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    I can’t seem to reproduce in the latest version of Safari. I also don’t see any snow JavaScript library added to your site right now, so Jetpack cannot add snow to your site. Could you try to flush your browser’s cache and cookies, and see if it helps?

    If you continue to experience issues, could you check if there are any extensions that could cause this issue in Safari?

    Strangely, It stopped days ago… I think it was the last Jetpack update.
    The good thing it’s resolved. No matters… Thank you very much to everyone for your time!
