Snow not always working…until you do a hard refresh

Hi there! I’m seeing the snow in Chrome and Safari, but in Firefox, I have to do a hard refresh to make it show up. My client is saying they aren’t seeing it in any browser. Are there any tricks to getting it to show in all browsers and without having to do a hard refresh? Thank you!
