So far So Good

  • So far all is well with the plugin. Works as described. Tried to update to latest version yesterday but had to rollback due to some theme compatibility issues. Only bug I’ve found is that I can’t upload images using the upload button in the product image menu, I need to go into the Sirv gallery to upload images directly from wp back-end then hop back into product image section to find it.

  • Hi @kravegolf! Which Role do you use? Superadmin, Admin, Editor, Author and Contributor roles can upload images. Please provide a screenshot of the ‘upload button in the product image menu’ issue you can see. We have a secure customer support form if you would like to send Admin login details.

    Can you please try again now? We have released a new version of the Sirv plugin, which gives more control to a wider variety of user roles.

    It should perfectly meet your needs – if it doesn’t, please tell us so that we can make further improvements!
